  How to Prepare

  1 Week Before:

  • Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (with doctor approval): Aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve)

  • Fish oil, vitamin E, turmeric, ginkgo biloba, St. John’s Wort

  • Limit alcohol intake, as it can increase the risk of bruising

  
  

  2–3 Days Before:

  • Consider starting Arnica supplements to help reduce bruising

  • Stay well-hydrated and moisturize your skin

  • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face

  • Eat a light meal beforehand to avoid feeling lightheaded
